Great paddle board for flat water. I’ve only used it on lakes and a calm river. Very efficient when paddling and stable. It’s narrow, so great efficiency when paddling, but relatively stable at same time. Not sure I’d use for yoga, but I don’t do yoga to begin with. I am on the larger size, 6′ and 230 pounds. I also have my 40 pound dog with me on the board. She just sits facing forward a little in front of me…we’ve never tipped, even when hit with boat waves. This is a great touring board, especially for the money.

I absolutely love my touring isup. It is sleek in the water and can really move when you want to. I use it 100% of the time on flat lakes and ocean inlets and go 3-5 miles at a time. I can do yoga on this but it is not nearly as steady as bigger boards. It is easy to inflate (I use an electric pump and finish with the handpump) and deflate and it cleans up easily. I can fit the board and pump into a large, wheeled suitcase to check too, which makes it easy to travel with.
